June 10,2007 reports of Hex all over Lake Margrethe.  Watch for them comming soon to a river near you.

June 2007, summer has arrived and the Trout Fisherman are doing well this summer.  Brown Drakes are the fly of choice for evening fishing with hatches comming off of most area waters.  Bluegill are on the beds on most area small lakes with fair numbers being caught.  Walleye on Lake Margrethe has been fantastic just recently with a slow down these last couple days with the rain and cold weather.

Hunting News & Updates

State has had a problem with bear application results, it may take a few weeks for them to straighten things out. Results not available at this time.

Elk applications go on sale June 15th thru July 15th.  License fees are still same as last year so far.                                                                                                                                

Still no baiting in Crawford County.
